Overview

Give For Good Global Foundation is seeking a dynamic individual to assist the volunteer program as a full time Volunteer Service Coordinator. Our organization depends on volunteers to help with the day to day tasks of servicing our wonderful community.

General Description of Duties

Responsible for functions relating to the administration of a volunteer program for this organization. Ensures volunteer support across different programs, compliance with policies and achievement of goals as set forth by the Volunteer Service Manager.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or company’s industry
Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience
Analytical problem-solving skills
Responsible for planning and assisting volunteer activities
Responsible for recruiting, training, counseling, retaining and redirecting volunteers as needed
Ability to prepare reports and forms as requested
Works closely with each program and department to provide adequate volunteer support and coordination to fulfill and carry out necessary tasks crucial to daily operation
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
1-2 years supervisory experience in operations or related area.
